- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff (or marshmallow cream)
Instructions
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and melted butter. Stir constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and pour the chocolate mixture into it, spreading evenly.
- Spoon dollops of marshmallow fluff over the fudge and gently swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Lift the fudge out using the parchment, cut into squares, and serve.
