Description

Marshmallow Swirl Fudge is a rich, creamy chocolate treat swirled with sweet marshmallow fluff. It’s simple to make and perfect for parties, holidays, or satisfying a sweet tooth any time of year.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff (or marshmallow cream)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and melted butter. Stir constantly until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
  3. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and pour the chocolate mixture into it, spreading evenly.
  4. Spoon dollops of marshmallow fluff over the fudge and gently swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  6. Lift the fudge out using the parchment, cut into squares, and serve.

Notes

  • Use dairy-free chocolate chips and vegan butter for a dairy-free version.
  • This recipe is naturally gluten-free; just check your chocolate brand.
  • Try adding crushed nuts or a sprinkle of sea salt for extra texture and flavor.
