- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (plus more for topping)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions, about 1/3 cup each, and shape into mini loaves on a prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, brushing with additional barbecue sauce after 25 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let the mini meatloaves rest for 5 minutes after baking to lock in the juices. Serve warm, garnished with freshly chopped parsley or green onions if desired.
- Pair with mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, or a crisp salad for a complete meal.
