- 450 grams (16 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 150 grams (3/4 cup) granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 120 ml (1/2 cup) heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
- 30 grams (1/4 cup) all-purpose flour
- Zest of 1 orange
- Powdered sugar for dusting
- Candied orange peel for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar, and beat until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour in the heavy cream, orange blossom water, and orange zest, mixing until smooth.
- Sift the all-purpose flour over the mixture and gently fold it in until just combined.
- Divide the cheesecake batter evenly among the muffin tin liners, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the centers are slightly jiggly.
- Let the cheesecakes cool in the tin for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Refrigerate the cheesecakes for at least 2 hours until set.
- Before serving, dust with powdered sugar and garnish with candied orange peel if desired.

- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- For a dairy-free version, use vegan cream cheese and coconut cream.
- For gluten-free, substitute all-purpose flour with gluten-free flour.
