Description

Ninja Creami Thin Mint Ice Cream is a creamy and refreshing dessert that combines minty chocolate cookie crunch with a luscious ice cream base. Perfect for chocolate and mint lovers, it’s a fun and simple treat inspired by Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 4 tablespoons vanilla-flavored instant pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint essence
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 4 to 6 drops green food coloring
  • 1/4 cup chopped mint-flavored chocolate cookies (about 46 cookies)
  • Additional crushed mint-flavored chocolate cookies for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk and pudding mix until smooth with no lumps.
  2. Add peppermint essence, whipping cream, and green food coloring. Whisk until evenly combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container without exceeding the max fill line. Freeze for at least 24 hours until solid.
  4. Remove the container from the freezer, take off the lid, and place in the Ninja Creami outer bowl. Press the Ice Cream button.
  5. If the texture is crumbly, use the Re-spin button or add 1 tablespoon of milk and blend again.
  6. Make a small well in the center and add the chopped mint chocolate cookies. Gently press them in.
  7. Return the pint to the Ninja Creami, press the Mix-In button to evenly incorporate the cookies.
  8. Scoop into bowls and top with additional crushed cookies if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use almond or oat milk for a dairy-free version.
  • Swap whipping cream for coconut cream for a vegan alternative.
  • Omit food coloring or use spirulina powder for natural coloring.
  • Use gluten-free cookies if needed.
  • Re-spin if the texture isn’t creamy enough after the first spin.
