- 3 bananas, thinly sliced
- 1 (20-oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 lb. strawberries, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
- Chocolate syrup, for drizzling
- Rainbow sprinkles, for topping
- Maraschino cherries, for topping
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Press evenly into the dish. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese with 1/4 cup sugar until fluffy (2–3 minutes). Fold in one tub of Cool Whip until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
- Layer sliced bananas on top, followed by drained crushed pineapple, then chopped strawberries.
- Spread the second tub of Cool Whip over the fruit layer.
- Sprinkle toasted chopped walnuts on top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, drizzle with chocolate syrup, add rainbow sprinkles, and top each slice with a maraschino cherry.
