Description

Banana Split Lasagna is a fun, no-bake layered dessert with a graham cracker crust, a fluffy cream cheese layer, fresh fruit, Cool Whip, and crunchy walnuts, all topped with chocolate syrup, sprinkles, and maraschino cherries. It’s a playful take on the classic banana split.

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Pinch kosher salt
  • 12 oz cream cheese, softened (1 1/2 blocks)
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for cream cheese layer)
  • 2 (8-oz.) tubs Cool Whip
  • 3 bananas, thinly sliced
  • 1 (20-oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 lb. strawberries, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • Chocolate syrup, for drizzling
  • Rainbow sprinkles, for topping
  • Maraschino cherries, for topping

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Press evenly into the dish. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese with 1/4 cup sugar until fluffy (2–3 minutes). Fold in one tub of Cool Whip until smooth.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
  5. Layer sliced bananas on top, followed by drained crushed pineapple, then chopped strawberries.
  6. Spread the second tub of Cool Whip over the fruit layer.
  7. Sprinkle toasted chopped walnuts on top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Before serving, drizzle with chocolate syrup, add rainbow sprinkles, and top each slice with a maraschino cherry.
