Instructions
- Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and pressing into a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Make the cream cheese filling by beating softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer half of the cream cheese filling over the crust, add a layer of mixed berries, and repeat with remaining filling and berries.
- Chill the dessert covered for at least 4 hours until set.
