Description
These No-Bake Brownie Protein Bites are a quick and healthy treat packed with protein, fiber, and rich chocolate flavor. Perfect as a post-workout snack or a guilt-free dessert, they come together in minutes and require no baking.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup Almond flour
- 2 scoops Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp Almond butter (or cashew or sunflower butter)
- 2 tbsp Honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1/2 cup Mini dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, whey protein, and cocoa powder. Stir well to mix the dry ingredients evenly.
- Add almond butter, honey, and water to the dry mix.
- Mix thoroughly using a spatula until a dough forms. If needed, use hands to knead and add water a teaspoon at a time if too dry.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls.
- Spread chocolate chips on a plate and roll each ball in the chips until coated.
- Place the bites on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm.
Notes
- Use coconut flour as a substitute for almond flour, but adjust the liquid due to its absorbency.
- Plant-based protein powder can replace whey for a vegan version.
- Sunflower butter is a great nut-free alternative.
- Use maple syrup or a sugar-free sweetener like stevia or erythritol if preferred.
- Add-ins like chopped nuts, seeds, or dried fruits can enhance flavor and texture.
