Description

These No-Bake Brownie Protein Bites are a quick and healthy treat packed with protein, fiber, and rich chocolate flavor. Perfect as a post-workout snack or a guilt-free dessert, they come together in minutes and require no baking.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 2 scoops Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp Almond butter (or cashew or sunflower butter)
  • 2 tbsp Honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1/2 cup Mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, whey protein, and cocoa powder. Stir well to mix the dry ingredients evenly.
  2. Add almond butter, honey, and water to the dry mix.
  3. Mix thoroughly using a spatula until a dough forms. If needed, use hands to knead and add water a teaspoon at a time if too dry.
  4. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls.
  5. Spread chocolate chips on a plate and roll each ball in the chips until coated.
  6. Place the bites on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm.

Notes

  • Use coconut flour as a substitute for almond flour, but adjust the liquid due to its absorbency.
  • Plant-based protein powder can replace whey for a vegan version.
