- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream, cold
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Additional strawberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the graham cracker crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into jars.
- Make the strawberry mousse by blending chopped strawberries and mixing with cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the cream cheese mixture, then fold in strawberry puree.
- Assemble the jars by spooning the mousse mixture over the crust.
- Prepare the strawberry compote by cooking remaining strawberries with sugar until softened.
- Top the jars with the cooled strawberry compote.
- Chill the jars in the refrigerator for at least 2-4 hours.
- Serve chilled, garnished with additional strawberries if desired.

- Store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
- Freezing is not recommended as it may change the texture.
