Description

A delightful no-bake dessert combining creamy cheesecake and light strawberry mousse, perfect for warm days or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream, cold
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Additional strawberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the graham cracker crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into jars.
  2. Make the strawberry mousse by blending chopped strawberries and mixing with cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the cream cheese mixture, then fold in strawberry puree.
  4. Assemble the jars by spooning the mousse mixture over the crust.
  5. Prepare the strawberry compote by cooking remaining strawberries with sugar until softened.
  6. Top the jars with the cooled strawberry compote.
  7. Chill the jars in the refrigerator for at least 2-4 hours.
  8. Serve chilled, garnished with additional strawberries if desired.
