- 1 cup (150 g) fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

Instructions

- Make the strawberry puree by blending hulled and sliced strawberries until smooth.
- Prepare the cheesecake filling by beating softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Assemble the cheesecake cups by layering cheesecake filling and strawberry puree, swirling for a marbled effect.
- Chill the cups in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until set.
