  • 1 cup (150 g) fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into serving cups.
  2. Make the strawberry puree by blending hulled and sliced strawberries until smooth.
  3. Prepare the cheesecake filling by beating softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Assemble the cheesecake cups by layering cheesecake filling and strawberry puree, swirling for a marbled effect.
