Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the baking dish by lining an 8×8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients: combine rolled oats, chia seeds, and a pinch of sea salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients: mix almond butter and honey until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients: pour the almond butter mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Fold in the berries gently.
  6. Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish firmly and evenly.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  8. Cut into bars after chilling.
  9. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
