Description

Delicious and healthy passionfruit chia yogurt popsicles, perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup passionfruit puree (fresh or canned)
  • 2 cups plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the passionfruit puree by scooping out the pulp from fresh passionfruit or using canned puree.
  2. Mix the yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Fold in the chia seeds and let the mixture sit for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Layer the popsicle molds with passionfruit puree and yogurt mixture, repeating until full.
  5. Insert sticks if applicable, or wait until partially frozen to do so.
  6. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours until solid.
  7. Run warm water over the molds to unmold the popsicles.
  8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a vegan option, use dairy-free yogurt.
  • Adjust sweetness with agave syrup or stevia for lower calories.
