- 2 ripe peaches, sliced

Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 5-6 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add sliced peaches and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
- Pour in balsamic vinegar and stir to combine, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet, sprinkle with basil, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Plate the chicken and peaches, drizzling with remaining sauce and garnishing with fresh basil.
