Description
A refreshing Peach Caprese Pasta Salad that combines ripe peaches, creamy mozzarella, and fresh basil, perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients

- 250 grams of fresh pasta (about 9 ounces)
- 2 medium ripe peaches, sliced
- 200 grams of mozzarella balls (about 7 ounces), preferably bocconcini
- 1 cup of fresh basil leaves, loosely packed
- 3 tablespoons of balsamic glaze
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the fresh pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 2-4 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Wash and slice the ripe peaches into thin wedges.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, sliced peaches, mozzarella balls, and fresh basil leaves. Gently toss to combine.
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the salad, season with salt and pepper, and toss gently again.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
- Keep the dressing separate until ready to serve to maintain texture.
- Chill the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
