Instructions

  1. Prepare the Peach Filling: Combine sliced peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Cook the Peaches: In a skillet, cook the peach mixture over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until softened. Let cool slightly.
  3. Make the Cheesecake Filling: Beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer, then add sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Whip the Heavy Cream: In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Prepare the Graham Cracker Crust: Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until evenly coated.
  6. Assemble the Jars: Layer graham cracker crust, cheesecake filling, and caramelized peaches in each jar, finishing with a layer of peaches on top.
