Description

Peach Nectarine Yogurt Pops are a delightful treat that combines the sweet, juicy flavors of fresh peaches and nectarines with creamy yogurt. These pops are refreshing and healthy, perfect for hot summer days or as a fun snack for kids.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, pitted and chopped
  • 2 ripe nectarines, pitted and chopped
  • 2 cups plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 3 tablespoons honey (adjust based on sweetness preference)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Pinch of salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruit by washing, pitting, and chopping the peaches and nectarines.
  2. Blend the chopped peaches, nectarines, yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds or cups after the mixture has started to freeze slightly.
  5. Freeze the pops for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.

  • Store leftover pops in an airtight container in the freezer.
