Description

Peaches and Cream Waffle Dippers are fluffy waffle strips infused with juicy peaches, served alongside a dreamy dip made of peach yogurt and whipped cream. Perfect for a fun breakfast or sweet brunch treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs, separated
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 11/4 cups chopped frozen peaches, thawed, divided
  • 2 cups sweetened whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 3/4 cup peach yogurt
  • Optional: Toasted pecans and ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together egg yolks, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Fold in 1 cup of chopped peaches.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the batter.
  5. Preheat your waffle maker. Pour in enough batter to cover the surface, then cook until golden brown, about 4–6 minutes.
  6. Cut waffles into 1-inch strips.
  7. In a bowl, fold whipped cream into peach yogurt and mix until smooth. Stir in the remaining peaches.
  8. Serve the waffle dippers warm with the yogurt dip. Garnish with optional toasted pecans and ground cinnamon.

Notes

  • Use fresh peaches when in season for added flavor.
  • Frozen peaches must be thawed and drained to avoid excess moisture.
  • Do not overmix the batter to keep waffles light and fluffy.
  • Serve immediately for best texture or reheat gently if stored.
