- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 cups crushed Toast Crunch cereal
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup coconut oil or butter (for greasing the muffin tin)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a standard muffin tin with coconut oil or butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, peanut butter, honey, and ground cinnamon. Stir until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix the crushed Toast Crunch cereal with mini chocolate chips.
- Spoon the peanut butter and banana mixture into each muffin cup, filling them halfway, and sprinkle the cereal mixture on top.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
