Description

Peanut Butter Banana Toast Cups are a delightful treat that combines the rich, creamy flavor of peanut butter with the natural sweetness of ripe bananas, offering a satisfying crunch from toasted bread.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 cups crushed Toast Crunch cereal
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil or butter (for greasing the muffin tin)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a standard muffin tin with coconut oil or butter.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, peanut butter, honey, and ground cinnamon. Stir until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, mix the crushed Toast Crunch cereal with mini chocolate chips.
  5. Spoon the peanut butter and banana mixture into each muffin cup, filling them halfway, and sprinkle the cereal mixture on top.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Serve warm or at room temperature.
