- 1 box chocolate cake mix (15.25 oz)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
- 1 cup peanut butter cups (chopped, such as Reese’s)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with baking spray or butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, peanut butter, milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips and chopped peanut butter cups with a spatula.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes before serving.
