Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, and salt. Whisk well to prevent clumping and let it sit for 10–15 minutes to thicken.
  2. Meanwhile, in a blender, combine fresh raspberries, pomegranate juice, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth or pulse for a chunkier texture.
