- 3 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons grated orange zest
- 2 cups Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal
- 2 cups orange segments
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, honey, and grated orange zest until smooth and well combined.
- Spoon half of the yogurt mixture into the bottoms of four parfait glasses or bowls.
- Layer with 1 cup of the cereal (divided), 1 cup of orange segments, and 1 cup of raspberries.
- Add the remaining yogurt mixture evenly on top of each parfait.
- Top with the remaining 1 cup of cereal, orange segments, and raspberries.
- Finish with a sprinkle of toasted sliced almonds and serve immediately.
Notes
