  • 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
  • Whipped cream (for serving, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into individual triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of pumpkin filling at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll each triangle from the wide end toward the point to enclose the filling.
  6. Place roll-ups in a greased baking dish, seam side down.
