Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 2-quart or 9×9 inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Cut in the chilled butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in chopped walnuts.
- In a large bowl, combine raspberries, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir gently to coat and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Spread the raspberry mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the raspberry filling.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
- Let cool for 10–15 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
