- 2 cups fresh raspberries (or frozen, thawed and drained)
- 1 cup raspberry gelatin (e.g., Jell-O)
- 2 cups boiling water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix crushed pretzels, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly golden. Let cool completely.
- In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until well combined. Spread over the cooled crust and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Dissolve raspberry gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved and let cool slightly. Fold in the raspberries.
- Pour the raspberry mixture over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for 2–4 hours, or until set. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
