- 1 cup granulated sugar (200 grams)
- 1 cup water (240 ml)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 30 ml)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Rinse the raspberries thoroughly and pat them dry.
- In a blender or food processor, combine raspberries, sugar, water, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
- Optional: Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours.
- Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions (20–30 minutes). Alternatively, freeze in a shallow container, stirring every 30 minutes for 2–3 hours.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container. Garnish with mint leaves or fresh berries if desired.
