- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it.
- Roast the bananas on a baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until soft and caramelized, then mash them.
- In a bowl, mix the mashed bananas, tahini, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
