Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Toss until well coated.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower mixture and toss again.
- Spread the cauliflower bites in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
