Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Toss until well coated.
  3. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower mixture and toss again.
  4. Spread the cauliflower bites in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
