- 4 cloves of garlic, minced

- Black pepper, to taste
- Sea salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half or quarters.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped rosemary, black pepper, and sea salt. Toss until well coated.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast the potatoes for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes, and return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes.
