A delightful treat that combines sweet and savory flavors, these Smoky Maple Glazed Salmon Bites are tender and juicy, coated in a rich maple glaze with a hint of smokiness.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound fresh salmon fillet, skin removed
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix the maple syrup, smoked paprika, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Add the salmon pieces to the glaze and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the marinated salmon bites. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Reheat in a skillet over low heat to avoid rubbery texture.
  • For longer storage, freeze cooked bites in a single layer, then transfer to a freezer bag for up to 3 months.
