Description

A delightful recipe for S’mores Blondies that combines the classic flavors of s’mores in a chewy, rich dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix well until smooth. Then, add the eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until fully incorporated.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
  • For extra gooeyness, add more mini marshmallows on top before baking.
  • Let them cool slightly before cutting for cleaner edges.
