These gooey S’mores Brownies combine a rich, fudgy brownie base with a crunchy graham cracker topping, melty chocolate chips, and golden toasted marshmallows for a nostalgic, campfire-inspired treat.

- 1 cup (2 sticks) of unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar until fully combined. Let it cool slightly.
- Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Remove from the oven and immediately top with chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are puffed and golden brown.
- Let cool completely before slicing into squares and serving.
