Description

Delicious bite-sized truffles combining the flavors of graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 8 oz milk chocolate (for coating)
  • Additional graham cracker crumbs (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Gradually add the all-purpose flour to the mixture, stirring until just combined.
  3. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the cookie dough for about 30 minutes.
  5. Scoop out small portions of the dough and roll them into balls.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes.
  7. Melt the milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals.
  8. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
  9. While the chocolate coating is still wet, roll the truffle in additional graham cracker crumbs.
  10. Place the coated truffles back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  11. Refrigerate the truffles for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate coating is set.
  12. Serve the S’mores Cookie Dough Truffles chilled or at room temperature.
