- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 8 oz milk chocolate (for coating)
- Additional graham cracker crumbs (for rolling)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour to the mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the cookie dough for about 30 minutes.
- Scoop out small portions of the dough and roll them into balls.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes.
- Melt the milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
- While the chocolate coating is still wet, roll the truffle in additional graham cracker crumbs.
- Place the coated truffles back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the truffles for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate coating is set.
- Serve the S’mores Cookie Dough Truffles chilled or at room temperature.
