Description

These S’mores Cookies combine the classic campfire treat into a soft, gooey cookie packed with graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows for a nostalgic, comforting dessert.

  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  3. Add vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in graham cracker crumbs, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
  7. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and centers appear soft.
  9. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
