- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 3 Hershey’s bars, broken into smaller pieces, divided
- 1 cup mini marshmallows, divided
- 10 large marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10″ ovenproof skillet with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar with a hand mixer until light and fluffy (2-3 minutes).
- Add eggs and vanilla extract. Beat until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, crushed graham crackers, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in most of the chocolate chips, most of the broken Hershey’s bars, and most of the mini marshmallows, reserving some for topping.
- Press the dough evenly into the prepared skillet, spreading it across the bottom and slightly up the sides.
- Sprinkle the reserved chocolate chips, Hershey’s pieces, and mini marshmallows on top.
- Bake for 22 to 25 minutes, until the center is almost set but still soft.
- Meanwhile, slice the large marshmallows in half horizontally.
- After initial baking, remove the skillet and arrange halved marshmallows cut side down around the edge.
- Return to oven for an additional 5 to 8 minutes, until marshmallows are puffed and golden.
- Cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
