  • 1 medium avocado, sliced
  • Black pepper, to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the focaccia for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and stir in the chopped herbs, seasoning with sea salt and black pepper.
