Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruit by washing strawberries, removing green tops, and slicing them. Peel and slice the bananas.
  2. Blend the strawberry layer by combining sliced strawberries, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Blend the banana layer by adding sliced bananas, Greek yogurt, the remaining honey, and lemon juice until creamy.
  4. Layer the popsicles by pouring the strawberry mixture into molds halfway, then spooning the banana mixture on top.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours until solid.
  6. Unmold the popsicles by running warm water over the molds and gently pulling on the sticks.
