Description

Strawberry Lemonade Lasagna is a refreshing no-bake dessert layered with tangy lemonade cream, strawberry gelatin with fresh berries, and crispy graham crackers. A perfect balance of sweet and tart, this creamy, fruity treat is ideal for warm weather gatherings.

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipped cream
  • 1 cup lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 package (10 oz) strawberry-flavored gelatin mix
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 package (12 oz) graham crackers
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 45 lemons)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest
  • Optional: mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Gradually mix in the lemonade concentrate until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Prepare the strawberry gelatin as per package instructions. When slightly thickened, mix in sliced strawberries.
  5. In a 9×13 inch dish, place a layer of graham crackers.
  6. Spread half of the lemonade cream over the crackers.
  7. Layer half of the strawberry mixture over the cream layer.
  8. Repeat with another layer of graham crackers, then the remaining cream and strawberry mixture.
  9. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  10. Before serving, sprinkle with lemon zest and garnish with mint leaves.
