Description
Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles are a refreshing summer treat that combines the tangy zest of lemonade with the sweetness of strawberries. Easy to make and loved by all ages, they are perfect for cooling down on a hot day.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 container Simply Lemonade
- 1 cup strawberries, diced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
- Wash and dice the strawberries into small pieces. In a small bowl, mix them with sugar and let sit for 5–10 minutes to release juices, tossing occasionally.
- Spoon the strawberry mixture into popsicle molds, filling each about halfway. Gently press strawberries to avoid floating.
- Pour Simply Lemonade into each mold over the strawberries, leaving a little space at the top. Stir gently for even distribution.
- Cover molds and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze for 4–6 hours or until solid. For best texture, stir the mixture gently each hour during the first few hours of freezing.
Notes
- Honey, agave syrup, or stevia can replace sugar for a healthier option.
- Homemade lemonade or lemon sparkling water can be used in place of store-bought lemonade.
- Try other fruits like blueberries, raspberries, mangoes, or pineapples for variety.
