Description

Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles are a refreshing summer treat that combines the tangy zest of lemonade with the sweetness of strawberries. Easy to make and loved by all ages, they are perfect for cooling down on a hot day.


Ingredients

  • 1 container Simply Lemonade
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash and dice the strawberries into small pieces. In a small bowl, mix them with sugar and let sit for 5–10 minutes to release juices, tossing occasionally.
  2. Spoon the strawberry mixture into popsicle molds, filling each about halfway. Gently press strawberries to avoid floating.
  3. Pour Simply Lemonade into each mold over the strawberries, leaving a little space at the top. Stir gently for even distribution.
  4. Cover molds and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze for 4–6 hours or until solid. For best texture, stir the mixture gently each hour during the first few hours of freezing.

Notes

  • Honey, agave syrup, or stevia can replace sugar for a healthier option.
  • Homemade lemonade or lemon sparkling water can be used in place of store-bought lemonade.
