  • 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  7. Let cool for 10–15 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use gluten-free or almond flour for a gluten-free version.
  • Replace sugar with a natural or keto-friendly sweetener if needed.
  • Try other fruits like raspberries, blueberries, or apples.
  • Add chopped nuts like almonds or pecans for extra crunch.
  • Serve with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, or Greek yogurt.
