Description

Summer Berry Jello Lasagna is a refreshing layered dessert combining bright, fruity berries with creamy cheese and jiggly Jello. Perfect for summer gatherings, it offers a light and nostalgic twist on traditional dessert lasagna with a balance of silky creaminess and fruity freshness.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 packages (3 oz each) fruit-flavored Jello (strawberry, raspberry, or any berry flavor)
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Press mixture firmly into bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish. Refrigerate to set.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix well. Fold in whipped topping until creamy. Spread over chilled crust and refrigerate.
  3. Dissolve Jello in boiling water, stir well. Add cold water and mix. Let cool slightly but not set.
  4. Pour cooled Jello over cream layer evenly.
  5. Distribute fresh berries evenly on top of Jello layer, gently pressing them in.
  6. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours until Jello is fully set.
  7. Serve chilled.
