Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the sliced baguette on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In a bowl, combine the watermelon cubes, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped basil leaves. Gently toss to mix.
- Remove the bread from the oven and drizzle balsamic glaze over each toasted slice.
- Spoon the watermelon and feta mixture onto each slice of bread and finish with a sprinkle of salt. Serve immediately.
