Ingredients

  • 23 ripe kiwis
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt (or any yogurt of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Other fruits like berries or bananas (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the watermelon into thick rounds, about 1 inch thick.
  2. Peel and slice the kiwis into thin rounds.
  3. Mix the Greek yogurt with honey in a bowl.
  4. Spread a generous layer of the yogurt mixture on top of each watermelon slice.
  5. Arrange the kiwi slices and any other fruits on top of the yogurt layer.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve.
