- 1 large watermelon
- 2–3 ripe kiwis
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt (or any yogurt of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Other fruits like berries or bananas (optional)
Instructions
- Slice the watermelon into thick rounds, about 1 inch thick.
- Peel and slice the kiwis into thin rounds.
- Mix the Greek yogurt with honey in a bowl.
- Spread a generous layer of the yogurt mixture on top of each watermelon slice.
- Arrange the kiwi slices and any other fruits on top of the yogurt layer.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
