Description

White Chocolate Blueberry Lasagna is a layered dessert featuring creamy white chocolate filling, tart blueberries, and a crunchy graham cracker base. It’s rich, refreshing, and visually stunning.

  • 1 package of graham crackers (about 1416 sheets)
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Optional: fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor or by hand in a zip-lock bag with a rolling pin.
  2. Combine the crumbs with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the base.
  3. Melt white chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl using a microwave or double boiler, then let cool slightly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract with a hand mixer until fluffy.
  5. Gradually blend the melted white chocolate into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
  6. Fold in 1 cup of fresh blueberries into the mixture.
  7. Spread half of the white chocolate-blueberry mixture over the graham cracker base.
  8. Add another layer of graham crackers, then spread the remaining filling on top.
  9. Top with the remaining blueberries and drizzle with white chocolate if desired.
  10. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if using, then chill in the refrigerator before serving.
