- 8 slices of bread
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Butter for frying
Roll each slice of bread flat with a rolling pin, and cut off crusts.
Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and 2 tsp cinnamon. Spread on each bread slice and roll up.
Whisk eggs, milk, ½ tsp cinnamon, and vanilla. Dip each roll-up in the egg mixture.
