Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Butter for frying

Instructions
 

  • Roll each slice of bread flat with a rolling pin, and cut off crusts.
  • Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and 2 tsp cinnamon. Spread on each bread slice and roll up.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, ½ tsp cinnamon, and vanilla. Dip each roll-up in the egg mixture.
  • Pan-fry in a buttered skillet until golden on all sides.
