Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar or honey
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 to 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3/4 cup granola

Instructions

  1. Macerate the Strawberries: In a saucepan, combine chopped strawberries and sugar or honey. Let sit for 10 minutes, then simmer for 8–10 minutes until thick and jam-like. Let cool.
  2. Make Yogurt Mixture: In a bowl, whisk Greek yogurt with milk until smooth. Sweeten with 2–3 tablespoons of honey to taste.
  3. Add Granola: Gently fold granola into the yogurt mixture, maintaining texture.
  4. Assemble Popsicles: Layer strawberry mixture, then yogurt and granola mix, then more strawberries in popsicle molds. Repeat until full. Tap to remove air bubbles and insert sticks.
  5. Freeze: Freeze the popsicles for at least 6 hours or overnight until fully set.
  6. Unmold and Serve: Run molds under warm water to release and enjoy immediately.
