A flavorful twist on traditional deviled eggs inspired by the Bayou cuisine.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes. Cool them in cold water.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of hot sauce to your spice preference.
- These can be made a few hours in advance.
