Instructions
- Peel the mangoes and cut them into small chunks. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of lime juice and toss gently to coat.
- In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt with the remaining lime juice and honey. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Layer the parfaits starting with yogurt, then diced mango, and sprinkle chili powder over the mango.
