Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Peel the mangoes and cut them into small chunks. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of lime juice and toss gently to coat.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt with the remaining lime juice and honey. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Layer the parfaits starting with yogurt, then diced mango, and sprinkle chili powder over the mango.
  4. Continue layering yogurt and mango until the glasses are filled, finishing with yogurt on top.
  5. Drizzle honey over the top layer and garnish with a mint leaf. Serve immediately.
