Ingredients
- Saltine crackers – 1 sleeve (about 40 crackers)
- Unsalted butter – 1 cup (2 sticks)
- Brown sugar – 1 cup, packed
- Granulated sugar – 1/2 cup
- Ground cinnamon – 2 teaspoons
- Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips – 1 cup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the saltine crackers in a single layer.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly until it boils. Let it boil for 3-4 minutes without stirring, then remove from heat.
- Pour the toffee mixture over the saltine crackers, spreading it evenly. Bake for 5-7 minutes until bubbly. Remove from the oven, then drizzle with melted chocolate.
