- 4 ribeye steaks

Instructions
- Remove the steaks from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Rub the steaks with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, and rosemary.
- Place the steaks on the grill or skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Add butter to the pan during the last minute of cooking.
- Remove the steaks from heat and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
