Instructions
- Wash the cucumber thoroughly and slice it into thin, long strips.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and mash the flesh in a bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Mix the softened cream cheese with the finely chopped chives until creamy.
- Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture on a cucumber strip, add mashed avocado, and a slice of smoked salmon.
- Roll the cucumber strip tightly around the fillings and repeat with remaining ingredients.
