- 2 tbsp heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and Earl Grey tea leaves.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- While the cake cools, prepare the lavender buttercream by beating together the butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and dried lavender.
- Once the cake is cool, frost it with the lavender buttercream.
